Background and Challenge
A component supplier based in the UK faced difficulties in reaching sales targets and appointed Rex Associates to carry out a business review.
Individual structured consultations were undertaken with the Directors and a selection of employees in the business over a period of four days, providing a detailed assessment of the situation and highlighting areas where the business required remedial action.
Within eight days a comprehensive report was provided to the client including recommendations and remedies, followed by a meeting to outline the way forward. Our involvement continued; developing the sales team and leadership over a period of months, ensuring progress was being made in other areas and on course for a successful outcome.
